Before its redesign, Exam Rocket had several problems that made it difficult for students to use effectively. These included:
Cluttered and confusing layout: Users couldn’t easily find important features.
No user testing: The platform wasn’t designed based on real student feedback, so it didn’t meet their needs.
Missing core tools: Features like section-specific practice, full mock exams, and expert feedback were not available.
Low motivation: There were no engaging elements to keep students interested or help them track progress.
These challenges made it clear that Exam Rocket needed a simpler, more helpful, and user-friendly design to truly support students preparing for the IELTS exam.
